AcademyofSorcery.com teaches it's users how to harness and control the power of his/her own mind to do amazing and even some times metaphysical things.  We are not responsibly for how you choose to use and apply this knowledge.  The user is 100% responsible for harm caused to his/her own persons or any person subject to the magic teachings and practices derived from our books.

3. Description of Service
AcademyofSorcery.com provides users with an internet based manual that facilitates shopping services and an extensive collection of information. You also acknowledge and agree that the AcademyofSorcery.com service include links and communications from AcademyofSorcery.com such as service announcements and administrative messages.

Unless stated otherwise, new features that enhance or augment the current service; including release of new features, shall be subject to Terms of Service.

You are responsible for obtaining access to AcademyofSorcery.com service, and that access may involve third party fees (such as internet service provider or airtime charges). You are responsible for the third party fees.

6. Modifications to AcademyofSorcery.com Service

Further, you agree that AcademyofSorcery.com shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the AcademyofSorcery.com service.

8. Guarantee Policy and Refunds
You fully understand and agree that you are required to show that you made an effort to follow the program and that you fully read and understood the manual. Full refunds will be given up to 60 days after the purchase of your membership.

Refund requests MUST be submitted by postal mail, not email. We must have your signature on file for our claims department. Your refund request will be looked over and processed that week and you will be credited accordingly.
